We serve eligible rural residential addresses around Buhl, Idaho, outside incorporated city limits. Share your address and we’ll confirm route availability, pricing, and your start date.
Getting your cart ready
For roadside pickup, set it out Tuesday night in a visible, safely accessible roadside location. Keep it outside locked or gated areas. With cart valet, leave your cart in the outdoor location we’ve agreed on.
Cart valet guidelines
Cart valet is $7 per month for each cart, in addition to regular trash service. Please keep your cart in the outdoor location we’ve agreed on, with a clear, safely accessible path. Keep pets and other animals secured away from the cart and our access path on pickup day.
Unusually long or difficult access may require an additional charge, or we may be unable to offer cart valet at that location. We’ll discuss the details and any extra cost with you before service begins.
What belongs in the cart?
Securely bagged household trash, at a reasonable weight, with every bag inside the cart.
Please keep hazardous materials, electronics, tires, appliances, construction debris, hot ashes, liquids, and medical sharps out of the cart.
Missed pickups, holidays & weather
If we miss a properly placed, accessible cart, contact us and we’ll make every reasonable effort to correct it. Holiday or unsafe-weather changes will be shared by email and social media, in advance when possible, with a makeup pickup date.
Billing & missed payments
Choose automatic monthly card billing or annual payment with a 5% discount. If a payment fails, we’ll contact you. Service may pause until the balance is paid; contact us to confirm when pickup will resume.
Cart care & damage
The cart remains company property. Normal wear and tear is covered at no cost. Please report damage or loss promptly so we can arrange the next step. Damage from misuse or neglect may result in a repair or replacement charge.
Canceling service
You may cancel at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable and are not prorated. We’ll arrange to retrieve the company cart on the Friday after your final Wednesday pickup.
